Is using Photoshop or Corel a valid form of art?
I was reading some art forum postings at Conceptart.com and saw a post about how digital art is not widely considered actual forms of art. Many in the art community see using Photoshop or Corel as the same as tracing!
I find this bull. Your Wacom pad is a tool, just like a paintbrush, pen, pencil, or pallet knife. It takes an amazing amount of artistic skill to use any art program to create a beautiful image.
